103.1 FM & 1430 AM, KLO
KLO Radio has a long and distinguished history of broadcasting along the Wasatch Front. KLO began broadcasting in 1924. Originally headquartered in Ogden, the station was acquired by the Webb family in 1985. In July of 2008, KLO relocated to its current location at 257 East 200 South, Suite 400, in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The station has a broadcast power of 25,000 watts during the day and 5,000 watts at night. The station transmitter is located West of Kaysville, Utah, and serves the entire Wasatch Front. In 2012, the station acquired the FM frequency of 103.1 and now simulcasts all programming on that frequency.
World Class Talk, FM 103.1 FM and 1430 AM, KLO has a distinguished lineup of talk show hosts; it is the home of Laura Ingrham, Dennis Miller, Michael Medved, Herman Cain, Hugh Hewitt, Bill Bennett, and more. It also has a strong supporting cast of local broadcast professionals. KLO is also the official station of Weber State Athletics.
The front office is led by General Manger, John Webb, Operations Manager/Program Director, Rob Riesen, General Sales Manager, Matt Webb, and Promotion and Marketing Director, Gary Stanger.
